Founder & Director of Jail Diversion ServicesCourtney leads the vision and development of Sentence to Success, working alongside legal partners, community organizations, and participants to keep the program structured, accountable, and grounded in real-life application.
Her approach is rooted in one core belief: accountability works best when paired with support not shame.
Sentence to Success reflects her commitment to helping individuals take responsibility, rebuild, and move forward with purpose without being defined by their past.
Hayden Taylor
Program Coordinator of Jail DiversionThis role works directly with jails, legal partners, and participants to identify eligible individuals, coordinate referrals, and support the intake process. It ensures a smooth transition from system involvement into structured, community-based support—meeting participants where they are and guiding them into the program with clarity and purpose.
The approach is grounded in accountability, communication, and accessibility. It emphasizes the importance of timely intervention, helping ensure individuals are not overlooked during the early stages of their case, when the opportunity for meaningful change is greatest.
