Chairman

Vice Chair

Courtney Morgan

Founder / Executive Director

Courtney is the Founder and Executive Director of Sentence to Success, leading the vision, development, and implementation of the program. Her work is rooted in lived experience, professional practice, and a deep commitment to justice-informed, trauma-responsive approaches.

She works closely with legal professionals, community partners, and participants to create structured pathways that promote accountability without shame. Courtney’s leadership reflects a core belief:
