Founder & Director of Jail Diversion ServicesAs Founder, Courtney leads the vision and development of Sentence to Success, working alongside legal partners, community organizations, and participants to keep the program structured, accountable, and grounded in real-life application.
Her approach is rooted in one core belief: accountability works best when paired with support not shame.
Sentence to Success reflects her commitment to helping individuals take responsibility, rebuild, and move forward with purpose without being defined by their past.
Meet Murphy, our four-legged team member and unofficial Chief Comfort Officer at Sentence to Success. Murphy is a friendly, loving Goldendoodle who brings warmth, calm, and connection wherever he goes.
At Sentence to Success, we believe healing happens in connection and sometimes, that connection starts with a wagging tail.
Hayden Taylor
Program Coordinator of Jail DiversionHayden works directly with jails, legal partners, and participants to identify eligible individuals, coordinate referrals, and support the intake process. He helps ensure a smooth transition from system involvement into structured, community-based support, meeting participants where they are and guiding them into the program with clarity and purpose.
Hayden’s approach is grounded in accountability, communication, and accessibility. He understands the importance of timely intervention and works to make sure individuals are not overlooked during the early stages of their case when the opportunity for change is greatest.
